So I recently restarted my services with Kristie! She and her team are phenomenal! Great customer service, superb skills, and quality treatment! If you struggle with coarse and ingrown hairs as well as keloids, Kristie’s skills will get you right! Even though it takes time to see improvements and consistency, I have already noticed a difference in my treatments.

Kristie REALLY knows electrolysis and best practices. I have been so impressed with my results from one original area that I am doing a new one. Electrolysis is the only permanent method for hair removal and Kristie is a pro. I appreciate her kindness and professionalism and always ready to answer any questions I have. I’ve tried laser hair removal in the past and it is expensive and not permanent. This is my 2nd try at electrolysis. The first time somewhere else was a disappointment as the hair grew back within a year after I spent $$$$. What a difference with Lyons Electrolysis! Kristie and Michael have a great technique which makes the hair loss permanent and they have this amazing numbing cream that removes much of the treatment sting. Both Kristie and Michael are sensitive to customer needs. And their appointment scheduling app is excellent. Give them a try.
I started my process in Jan of 2024 and I have mainly scheduled with Kristie, however I recently scheduled an appointment with Michael and I can say they are both great at what they do. They're very knowledgeable and professional. I was nervous when I decided to finally get started with this process, mainly about the areola area...I noticed an increase in hair growth in the area and started researching how to get it removed permanently. Which is how i found Lyons Electrolysis. During my first appointment Kristie made me feel so so comfortable and explained hair growth in this area is actually more normal than we realize. I'm also working on getting hair around my chin and above my lips removed. I can already tell the difference. The new growth is much thinner and takes longer to even see that growth. I'm so excited already and cannot wait for the end result! I absolutely recommend Lyons Electrolysis.

I have been going here for over 2 years now and it has been a life changing experience on so many levels. Especially being African American and both seeing and hearing the horror stories of people suffering from burns or the ineffective treatments. I was nervous looking into options especially after having tried laser for years that never worked. Finding Kristie has been a blessing. Not only have my results been fantastic my skin is doing better then ever. She also has options for pain management with treatments and other products to help your skin with healing in between treatments. I can not recommend her enough! Kristie, Hope, and Michael always go above and beyond for their clients and treat them with the upmost care and respect. You should definitely give them a try if you're thinking about exploring electrolysis.
I cannot say enough good things about Lyons Electrolysis. I’ve been a client since August 2021. Kristie is knowledgeable and talks you through every step in the process. She is highly trained, experienced and will always shoot straight with you regarding the hair removal process as it is tedious, but so worth it!! Kristie takes great pride in her work, her business and her clients; it’s truly a reflection of the kind of person she is. The office and facilities have always been spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. I wouldn’t dare trust anyone other than Kristie (and Hope and Michael) It’s always a pleasure to visit Lyons Electrolysis and I look forward to it every week. Regarding the negative comment from another post, I have never known Kristie to come to work sick (and I visit weekly). She would not put anyone at risk. Her business is her livelihood, it’s not a hobby, and she wouldn’t endanger that relationship by knowingly putting someone at risk of being sick. I have personally watched her clean and sanitize. She does not put money above other people’s health and well being.

I regret I waited so long to try electrolysis!! Sure it’s an awkward conversation and embarrassing, but from the first appointment, Hope and Kristie have made me feel so comfortable. They truly value and believe in their work and are always sharing tips and tricks they’ve learned from their years of experience. If you have been hesitant to try electrolysis, call them! Not very friendly. 30 minute appointment without one word from the technician. The hair immediately returned. I will not use again.
I am a very understanding individual and I do know showing up for work is necessary to make ends meet, however doing it at the expense of someone elses wellness, is not fair. They come to work sick here; which is not acceptable! I would much rather be reschedule than being sick like I am on today because my health was not taken into consideration, not happy at all!! I love the services but this is not cool. Please keep restrooms clean as well everyday bc that is also a breeding ground for illness. So much is going around and some of us would like to feel safe. Thanks

I have tried laser several times but its expensive for temporary results. I was skeptical at first. But with electrolysis, the hair is gone for good. It doesnt happen overnight so, patience is key. I wasnt sure if I would find someone that could treat my hair type with coils and ingrown hairs on my chin, but Kristi removed all concern and fear. She took her time and explained the process. She has done wonders for me. She and her staff are friendly and extremely professional! The shop is always clean and sanitary and she wipes everything down immediately. She even accommodated my neck injury with a pillow so that I would be comfortableduring my sessions. I give this business an A+ and the maximum gold stars! If you’re looking for the best in the electrolysis realm, you’ll find it here! Kristi is an angel on earth.

Would give less than 1 star if possible. Called me 30 minutes before appt. to cancel. Had to take her Mom to doctor. I find that admiral and a good child. Then I find none of them are vaccinated for COVID 19. Do not want anyone in my face that does not appreciate me as a clients.
